We are here for you when it’s convenient for you.
As a small office, we take pride in working together as a team of doctors, sonographer, certified Medical Assistants and Administrative staff to ensure all aspects of your care are met. You will find that a live person always answers the phone during office hours, unless we are in a meeting. We understand getting ahold of your provider is important to you. That is why we do not turn our phones to an answering service during the noon or lunch time hours.
“Greetings and welcome to Gresham Women’s Healthcare! We are delighted you have interest in our practice. I joined GWHC in the fall of 2014. I have been in medical administration since 1996. I am here to make sure the practice runs smoothly and that you as our patient have all your needs met. If you ever have a concern or need that I can help you with, I have an open door at all times and would welcome your communication with me. We always love to hear new fresh ideas from a patient’s perspective! And always want to hear about your experience here at Gresham Women’s Healthcare. I love photography, art and travel. In my spare time I love being with my husband, children and grandchildren.”
Certified Medical Assistants
Our Certified Medical Assistants rotate with our providers to ensure we know and understand our patient needs. When you call our office for a medical question, you will receive a phone call back from one of our highly qualified medical assistants. All patient medical calls, concerns and messages are then forwarded to our physicians. The CMA will be the person returning your call after being reviewed by your doctor or the doctor on call. All calls will be answered before the end of the day.
If you only speak Spanish when you call you will hear “Para Español oprima el cinco”. Then a Spanish speaking Medical Assistant will return your call.
“Hi my name is Laura, I’ve been a Medical Assistant for 7 years. I’ve been living in the Pacific Northwest for 21 years and I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. I’ve been in the practice since July of 2014. I never knew I would enjoy working in OB/GYN so much as I have. There is so much to learn, and it has helped me to grow much as a Medical Assistant. I speak Spanish and always enjoy being able to help our Spanish speaking patients. I look forward to helping and working with you.”

It’s more than just a doctor’s office here we’re like family. I like taking time to get to know our patients. Being mom of a daughter who was born at 28 weeks and weighed only 2.4 lbs. I feel I can connect with some at a deeper level. I’m bilingual in Spanish and English. My specialty here is drawing blood. I look forward to meeting and helping you during your appointments.”
