April is Alcohol Awareness Month
Drinking more than 7 drinks per week or more than 3 drinks per occasion can put you at risk of alcohol-related problems. Drinking alcohol becomes a problem when it affects your health, behavior, or relationships. If you or someone you know has a drinking problem, seek help. Many treatment options are available. If you are unsure whether you have a problem, ask your health care provider.

When You Garden, You Grow!
With the smell of fresh cut grass, fresh spring breeze, and thousands of beautiful scented flowers….there is much more to that when you help it grow! Every April communities, organizations, and individuals nationwide celebrate gardening during National Garden Month. Gardeners know that nurturing plants is good for us: attitudes toward health and nutrition improve, kids perform better at school, meditation and community spirit grows. Join the celebration and help to make America a greener, healthier, more livable place!
Is the temperature too low outside and/or you’ve got spring fever? Start seeding indoors; a great way to make your life easier! Have fun and get a head start on the gardening season when you sow and grow seeds indoors. Also if you’re always busy with work or there is just too much house work with cleaning, cooking, spending time with our children and you just don’t have the time to plant a garden, hire a landscape Architect! These landscapers will make your front yard look amazing!
Project of the Month: Create a Terrarium
